Cassette is an infectiously enthusiastic film that examines the history, cultural influence and unexpected revival of a revolutionary musical format. It follows the personal stories of musical luminaries such as Henry Rollins and Thurston Moore (Sonic Youth), record labels who have embraced the mixtape, and the man who invented the compact cassette more than 50 years ago, Lou Ottens.
